How Online Personal Training Works
Booking
Once you purchase your package, I will send you the information you need to access my calendar and book your sessions.
You have the flexibility to schedule them when you want, and to reschedule.
Cancellations
I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours notice will be refunded, or you can opt to reschedule them. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, are charged in full.
Package Expiry
Four package sessions must be used within 6 weeks; eight package sessions must be used within 10 weeks.
