Book Your Personal Training Sessions

When you sign up, I’ll send you a code which you can use to book your sessions into the calendar below. I recommend booking them all at once so your favourite time is locked in. 

Remember, there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. You must give 24 hours notice or you will forfeit your session. However, it would be appreciated if you give as much notice as possible so others can book the spot.

What do I need for an online personal training session?

Just a device with a camera – phone, tablet, or laptop all work fine – and a stable internet connection. You’ll also need enough space to set up your device so I can view your full body when standing and laying on the ground.

What platform do we use?

Sessions run over Zoom, Google Meet, or Messenger video – whichever works best for you. I’ll send you a confirmation link when you book.

What's the cancellation policy?

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours notice will be refunded, or you can opt to reschedule them. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, are charged in full.

The booking software takes care of everything for us. If you need to change your time, you’ll be able to choose a new one from the calendar provided it’s more than 24 hours before the session.

Will my sessions expire?

Yes. Four package sessions must be used within 6 weeks; eight package sessions must be used within 12 weeks.
