COMEBACK PROGRAM:
An 8 week program designed to help you ease back into exercise post-hysterectomy, post-surgery or injury. It also makes a great beginner program because it’s so gentle.
Included:
-8 weeks of workouts, 4 workouts per week approximately 30 minutes long
-Workouts increase in intensity every 2 weeks to help you safely build up strength
-Female Fitness Systems Training Manual with helpful tips and information about training
-Access to my interactive Training App
-Lifetime access to our Facebook Coaching group (and Private Members Area on my website if you don’t have Facebook).
POLICY:
REFUNDS: Unfortunately, no refunds are given. Remember this program is different than most other programs because I build it personally for every single lady. That means I spend my time setting you up and sending lots of communications. The program is excellent value for such a personal approach so that’s why I don’t offer refunds.
AUTO-RENEWALS: There are no auto-renewals. You will be asked whether you want to renew and we will work that out together!
EXTENSIONS/ALTERATIONS: I charge a small fee to extend your time by 2 weeks ($15) or 1 month ($25). If you find you want more time to get your workouts done just get in touch and we will sort it out. Most ladies don’t need to alter their programs but if you want to change something after your program has started I charge $25 (ie. if you need to change from a Gym to a Home program).
