Last summer I turned 42. I was a busy mom of two, a music teacher and wife, and I had reached my highest weight ever. I hated my weight and how I looked in photos. Shopping for new clothes was depressing. But with life being busy, I felt like also didn’t have time to devote to exercise and diet, and I honestly felt like I just had to accept being heavier at this point in my life.
I found Female Fitness systems while searching online, and what caught my eye was the “Women Over 40” caption. I started reading, and I loved how Melanie tailored this program to this stage in our lives. The food plan was easy to follow, the recipe and meal suggestions worked for my whole family, and the workouts loaded on my app so that I could do them at home. Even with my busy schedule, I found I could fit this program into my life.
And the results were amazing! In just 4 months I lost almost 20lbs, and several inches off my waist, thighs and arms! I was back to my pre-baby weight – In fact, I was back to my high school weight! This summer, at 43, I love how I feel, my confidence is back, my clothes fit, and I finally dared to get back in a bikini – something I honestly thought I’d never do again after two babies.
