I am ever so grateful that I found Melanie’s online training program. I work out four times a week and these workouts have become a grounding time for me. They started as a sheer discipline, but now they fuel me so much that they are not an optional part of my day! I use the fitness room at my husband’s workplace to do the Home workouts Melanie sends me.
I don’t have “After” photos to share because I am solidly in my “During”. I really struggle with eating too much, so my weight is not lowering the way I would like it to. I count my wins though, and one of them is being able to stay consistent with my workouts no matter the number on the scale or the size of my clothes.
I’m in this for the long haul, for quality of life, for joy… and I know that I will eventually get the weight off because I’m not looking for a quick fix of my lifelong weight and fitness issues. It’s a new year and I’m a little older, a little wiser, and significantly more fit! Thank you Melanie!

I’ve lost track of how many 8-week programs I have asked Melanie to set up for me, but I’m at workout #230 (the app keeps track). I’ve gone from being a 47 year old sedentary woman, to being a 48 year old who resistance trains 4 times a week. Not only do I know what RDLs and weighted glute bridges are… I can DO them!
