How It Works
Each week you’ll receive a video lesson via email. Accompanying each lesson is a practical ‘Challenge’ designed to kickstart real change in your life.
Upon successfully completing a Challenge, you can mark it as finished within the app. This process propels you upward, metaphorically ascending a mountain towards personal growth. This also adds an element of motivation to the lessons.
Some of the Challenge will prompt you to engage with our interactive online group within the app. This will create a supportive, community atmosphere as we progress together.
DETAILS
- Includes access to my fitness app if you aren’t already a client (training programs are extra).
- The online group is in the app so no need for social media if you don’t have it.
- Once the program ends, you will still have access to all the videos and materials (just make sure you save the emails with the links to the videos).
- No refunds because this program involves a lot of my time and I know it will work for you if you commit.
- If you can’t complete the program, you will still have access to all the videos to complete on your own time (but you must save all the emails because I will not resend them).

Thank you for doing this challenge – it came at a time when I needed it. I feel more focused on what I what to achieve. I feel more able to cope better with whatever is happening in my life at the moment. I have a sensation of been lighter/clearer like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders. I am seeing some success at work because I have changed my attitude/outlook, not “I can’t” but “I will” and it is working. I am wanting to train again and have found that passion that I had lost with it. I have really enjoyed the sharing and caring by this group of ladies and have found it very inspirational and helpful. I wish you all continued success with whatever your vision is, we’ve got this ladies we can do it!
This has been so well put together Melanie. Thank you! I’ve found although I’ve heard some of the information before you’ve helped me put it into practice. My kids learned to one foot water ski this summer and for the first time in over 20 years of skiing on two skis, I was brave enough to try on one and although I have not got my balance yet I kept visualising and trying. I’ll get there. Also I realise how much stronger I am and not sore the next day like I usually am. I totally credit your amazing gym program for that! Love this last video on growth mindset, it is relevant to so many areas of life!
I’ve absolutely loved this whole process and it’s not only helped me keep focused with my health, but is now crossing over to help me with some challenging work situations. I actually sat down yesterday and spent quite a bit of time working through this last challenge. Who I need to be and the changes I need to make to move forward and found it so incredibly beneficial. This whole process has really made me reflect on past behaviours and be brutally honest with myself. I am starting to feel more balanced and prepared for challenges that lay ahead….without giving up on exercise or letting my eating get out of control.
