UNIT 2 : Programming For A Feminine Shape

You’ll learn why we shouldn’t train like men and how to set up a program for yourself. Find out how often to train stubborn and problematic areas – like glutes and “turkey wing” arms – and how to build the feminine shape you want.

UNIT 3 : Intensity & Progression

It’s highly likely you aren’t training hard enough. Understanding intensity and progression is an absolute must if you want to transform your body. This could be your missing link – learn how to take your training to the next level, including when and how to increase the weights.

UNIT 6: Leg & Glute Specialization

In my day to day work with clients I get asked about legs more than anything else so this unit is all about helping you get better results with your leg training. Learn how to target your glutes (and cellulite) more effectively and avoid building bulky legs.
