You can use the calendar to book a session with me below. The calendar will show time slots based on your time zone. We will use Zoom or Google Meeting for your session.

If none of the available times suit, send your preferred days/times here and I’ll come back to you (be sure to include the times that work best for you and your time zone/location).

Cancellations:
I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours notice will be refunded, or you can opt to reschedule them. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, are charged in full.

I find it bemusing that I am losing weight and eating so much. I have definitely not been feeling hungry (quite the opposite). I have had people notice how slim I am looking, and I tell them about you and how I am eating more (and better) than I ever have, and doing weights.

Thank you for not simply saying “you will need to cut out the wine.” I have had that said in the past and I have struggled to do it. However, now I understand just what I need to do and feel in control.
