POLICY:

 

REFUNDS: Unfortunately, no refunds are given. This program is more than just simply emailing you a PDF and it requires a lot of my time to set you up and provide you with support throughout the program. I really should charge more for such a personal approach so that’s why I don’t offer refunds. I promise if you commit to it you will get results!

AUTO-RENEWALS: There are no auto-renewals. You will be asked whether you want to renew and we will work that out together!

EXTENSIONS/ALTERATIONS: I charge a small fee to extend your time by 2 weeks ($15) or 1 month ($25). If you find you want more time to get your workouts done just get in touch and we will sort it out. Most ladies don’t need to alter their programs but if you want to change something after your program has started I charge $25 (ie. if you need to change from a Gym to a Home program).

    This program is fantastic! Finding Melanie and her Premium Nutrition and Training program has been the start of really positive changes for me. Melanie has created incredible training and nutrition resources, with a fantastic longevity focus, and she couples this with an incredibly supportive and insightful coaching style.     I can’t believe we are at the end of 8 weeks. Firstly THANK YOU for your support and guidance, it was just what I needed. What I have learnt: the journey to weight loss is not linear, that your hormones and cycle will play a large part in the process, so not chucking in the towel when the scales are showing unfavourable results, tt is easier to put weight on than take it off, that I need to stay the course and monitor what I consume, and that the little things add up.

    The results after 8 weeks: a total weight loss of 7kg and a whole jean size reduction. A feeling that my body is getting stronger and more balanced. Thank you again.🙋
