I’m excited about MagMind, or magnesium-l-threoate, because it seems very promising for brain health and longevity. It’s clear that magnesium can significantly affect the brain and has the potential to minimize and prevent cognitive deficits from aging.

Personally I have found that MagMind can relieve my anxiety within about an hour of taking it. I have found it increases my ability to focus and I prefer taking it during the day rather than the evening. I prefer other forms of magnesium, such as this one before bed. However, some of my clients take it before bed.
