POLICY:

 

REFUNDS: Unfortunately, no refunds are given. Remember this program is different than most other programs because I build it personally for every single lady. That means I spend my time setting you up and sending lots of communications. The program is excellent value for such a personal approach so that’s why I don’t offer refunds.

AUTO-RENEWALS: There are no auto-renewals. You will be asked whether you want to renew and we will work that out together!

EXTENSIONS/ALTERATIONS: I charge a small fee to extend your time by 2 weeks ($15) or 1 month ($25). If you find you want more time to get your workouts done just get in touch and we will sort it out. Most ladies don’t need to alter their programs but if you want to change something after your program has started I charge $25 (ie. if you need to change from a Gym to a Home program).

    I love Melanie’s exercise programs! As a close-to-forty-something women I often felt misunderstood and misinformed by male trainers or even other female bodybuilders. We did a brief email ‘consultation’ initially so she knew where I would like to focus on which is already different to other programs you might buy online. Melanie’s programs give just enough structure so you can see your progression and enough variability to keep things interesting. There are tutorials and notes for each day and each exercise to make sure you get the best out of your workout. You will most certainly see results without feeling like you are spending hours at your gym. And Melanie is so helpful and approachable for any assistance you may need. Thank you!

    I’ve lost track of how many 8-week programs I have asked Melanie to set up for me, but I’m at workout #230 (the app keeps track). I’ve gone from being a 47 year old sedentary woman, to being a 48 year old who resistance trains 4 times a week. Not only do I know what RDLs and weighted glute bridges are… I can DO them! Melanie is knowledgeable, kind and approachable – even half the globe away! The hardest part was starting. Now that it’s part of my routine, it grounds me and has given me hope for ongoing health.

    I am halfway through the program and I already feel stronger, more confident, and my clothes feel and look better. I’ve been doing cardio 5 days/week for years and this is the first weight training program I’ve ever done and I wish I would have started earlier. I was slightly intimidated by lifting weights because I didn’t want to look bulky and masculine, but Melanie’s course adds strength and tone in the right places while still keeping a feminine physique. I can’t wait to see the final results in another 4 weeks!

    I am so impressed with this program! I was really hesitant to try something where I don’t follow a video – can’t believe how much better this is! So much less stress than trying to keep up with someone on video. The app Melanie uses is so easy and the directions so clear. I have felt myself getting stronger and I really feel this is something I can sustain.

    I’ve always exercised in some way but only ever dabbled in the gym, lifting a few random weights while my husband did a real resistance session. At 44, I realised that building and keeping muscle tone as I age had become very important. But I felt very uneducated about how to do that and I felt very outside my comfort zone not having a class or DVD to follow along with.

    I am so happy to have found Melanie’s programmes! They are clear, interesting, and the use of videos and her careful instructions have been enough for me to start to learn the correct techniques for lifting weights. I am not only building muscle but also confidence in a new skill!

    I also found that my chronic neck and head pain cleared up within weeks of starting my first programme. Melanie’s programmes have a strong focus on posture, shoulders and arms, and I really like that she will customise the programmes to reduce the amount of leg work if I ask for that.

    I love Melanie and all the Female Fitness Systems programs! I actually first found Melanie on Pinterest via an article from her website being posted. I really liked her insights on training and her perspectives on healing the body through healthy lifestyle and nutrition. This is something that aligned with me, as I had a lot of health problems in my 20s and 30’s that baffled doctors and traditional medicine, but was able to heal with alternative medicine through healthy lifestyle and nutrition.

    By the time I found Melanie, I was 37 years old. I started weight training and working out with trainers at 20 years old and continued to do so religiously until 35. Due to life circumstances—a difficult personal relationship and a demanding job, I completely fell off my workouts at 35. As I was trying to get back to my workouts and additionally get the ripped sculpted body I’d always wanted, I reached out to Melanie.

    Finding Melanie and Female Fitness Systems was a blessing! It was exactly what I was looking for. I knew I needed guidance and support from someone knowledgeable to go from fit to ripped, but I also wanted to be able to take charge of my workouts and have the freedom to be able to do them anywhere without having to be dependent on a personal training session with a trainer x amount of times per week. Although I’d worked with good trainers in the past, I’d also spent a fortune on personal training sessions with trainers that either weren’t that effective, or seemed to use a cookie cutter cutter model to train versus personalizing it. With Melanie, I get an amazing training plan to follow with the freedom to be able to do it on my own anywhere.

    I’ve done Female Fitness System’s Training program, Over 40 Transformation Program, and used her meal plan with nutrition and recipe guides. I cannot say enough about how great they are! Her training programs are killer! I love how she packs in the best exercises into one 30-40 minute workout. They are so effective and really give you bang for your buck when it comes to getting results in a 40 minute workout. Her meal plans and guides truly embody clean eating, and simple ingredients while being tasty! And with all the recipes, if it’s not already gluten and dairy free, I can easily make it so while keeping nutrition and macros the same.

    Aside from having pristine workouts and nutrition plans, Melanie is also one of the realist, most compassionate people I’ve met. It has not been easy to stay consistent with my workouts, as I work in special events where I often have one week off then work a full week of exhausting 12 hour days. Despite that, Melanie has always continued to encourage me and give me stellar workouts each time I renew my training, as I continue on my journey towards achieving the healthy lifestyle and balance I’m working towards.

I love that Melanie creates programs that take into account the difference in women’s bodies as they age.
