You’ll get helpful nutrition and training tips, recipes and regular Facebook live videos with me where you can ask questions in real time or watch the videos later if you miss the live streaming. You’ll receive an ebook when starting the program that has tons of helpful tips for tracking your calories. It also includes a list of snacks, healthy substitutes and easy lunch ideas as well as recommendations for convenient products like protein powders and pre-made foods.

Why online coaching?

I created this program because I found that traditional meal plans weren’t working well for my clients. They would follow them for a few weeks at the most and then revert to old habits. With online coaching, I’ve built in 8 weeks of check ins with me which does two important things. First, it gives you some accountability and support. This means you are more likely to stick with it and make lasting change. Second, we can adjust things as we go. Everyone’s body responds differently and using your weekly check ins, we can make adjustments to your calories, the food you are eating or anything else necessary to help you achieve your goals.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much weight will I lose?

During the 8 weeks, you can expect to lose 300-500g per week, although at the start you often lose weight faster. Average weight loss is about 3-5 kg over the 8 weeks. While this may not seem like a lot, research shows that weight loss at the rate of about 300-500g per week is healthier and more sustainable.

Most clients continue with the habits they’ve learned after the 8 weeks and will continue to lose weight and achieve their goals after the program finishes.

I'm not sure I have the time to count calories every day - isn't it a lot of work?

While it may seem like a big commitment, tracking your food on an app gives you the best picture of what you are actually consuming each day and is a great step if you truly want to change your body.

It will take you about 15 minutes each day for the first week as you get used to the app but it will only require a small time commitment for the rest of the program.

After this 8 week program you will have a better understanding of servings sizes and how much to eat. Then you can choose whether or not to continue on using the app.

Do I need a smartphone?

No, you can do this program on a computer as well.

I'm not very tech-savvy. Is that ok?

Yes. It may take you a bit longer to figure everything out but the Nutrition Manual that comes with the program walks you through everything. I’ve had all ages and tech levels do the program and everyone likes the app and finds it easy to use.

Can't I just set up the app myself?

You can but most people find the set up confusing and aren’t sure how to set their calories and macros. I’ll set your calories and macros for you based on the best lean eating principles and I’ll also give you tons of help to make using the app easier and more effective for you.

This program builds in accountability because you have to check in every week so you are more likely to stick with it.

What is your refund policy?

Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered because I’m offering the program for very good value and will spend a lot of my time in the first week setting you up. No one has requested a refund yet because it’s a great program!
