This program is the ultimate in accountability to help you find balance and stay on track. Every week, for 8 weeks, you check in with me via email and keep a food diary using MyFitnessPal which is synced to my app so I can monitor your progress.

You’ll feel more confident with your nutrition, including macros, meal timing and balancing with your social life after this program. You’ll be surprised at how much you can eat and get good results!

You’ll also get my Meal Plan which has over 60 recipes and meal ideas, Mini-Classes and printable Weekly Meal Planning Sheets. More about that below!

TRAINING PROGRAM

Your program includes an 8 Week Training Program customized for your body type, goals and schedule. When you fill in the consult form you can choose a Gym, Home or Home Express version (or a mix for a small extra fee, you can choose this option at Checkout) and I will match you with the right program.

The Training Program is delivered through the same app we will be using to track your nutrition progress. It includes detailed instructions and videos for every workout.

Nutrition and training are not complicated but you should know this program will be challenging in the beginning. You will have to go through all the materials and commit to counting calories during the 8 weeks.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW MUCH WEIGHT WILL I LOSE?
If you have weight to lose, you can expect to lose 300-500g per week, although at the start you often lose weight faster. Average weight loss is about 3-5 kg over the 8 weeks. While this may not seem like a lot, research shows that weight loss at the rate of about 300-500g per week is healthier and more sustainable.

If you don’t have much weight to lose and want to focus on building muscle, you may not lose as much weight because that won’t be our primary focus. We’ll set some goals together when you start.

Most clients continue with the habits they’ve learned after the 8 weeks and will continue to lose weight and achieve their goals after the program finishes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T HAVE TIME OR DON'T WANT TO COUNT CALORIES?

While it may seem like a big commitment, tracking your food on an app gives you the best picture of what you are actually consuming each day and is a great step if you truly want to change your body. It’s also going to save you a lot of time and heartache in the future because you’ll finally understand what your body needs to lose weight and maintain it.

It will take you about 15 minutes each day for the first week as you get used to the app but it will only require a small time commitment for the rest of the program. 

The Meal Plan actually has the calories done for you and you can quickly add the calories to your diary making things even faster.

Remember this is a small investment of time to get the body you really want!

I just have to say thank you for your nutrition plan and your approach that’s possible long term. I feel so much FREEDOM.

I’ve eaten a lot of different ways over the years and got it in my head about good foods or “bad” foods. I never counted calories though. And while I think I have a good understanding of eating real whole foods and unprocessed stuff, I am thankful for the calories in/calories out approach.

This is all because my husband’s patient gave him a loaf of homemade bread. I LOVE bread but got an unhealthy belief in my head about bread. I ate a piece of bread and butter with my supper and it was SO good and thankfully I didn’t feel guilty. I took my measurements and progress photos today. I can definitely see and feel the difference between now and when I started. I’ve lost a couple inches - from my waist, hips, thighs and chest - and gained some in my shoulders and arms. I love all of the changes. I’m also seeing less sagging in my legs and rear. My knees finally lost some of the sagging, and my pants are fitting better in the butt. I actually have some budding biceps! 💪 💪 There’s still a long way to go, but I’m really grateful for everything so far.
